This notice explains how Cloudable Ltd handles personal information associated with the public PolicyOps website. Customer deployments and product trials are also governed by the applicable contract and deployment-specific privacy information.
Who controls the information
Cloudable Ltd operates PolicyOps.
Cloudable Ltd is the controller for personal information submitted through public website enquiries. Its registered office is C/O Aardvark Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, United Kingdom, BH21 7SB. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@policyops.io.
The public site uses email links rather than an embedded enquiry form. If you contact us, we receive the information contained in your email and use it to respond, discuss PolicyOps and retain an appropriate business record.

What may be processed.
Technical delivery data
Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp and security events to deliver and protect the website.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, navigation, demo enquiries and walkthrough-video engagement. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information under its own service terms. PolicyOps does not send enquiry text or policy content to Analytics.
Business follow-up
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals and maintain a proportionate record of the relationship.
Legal and security needs
Information may be retained where reasonably necessary to protect the service, establish legal claims or meet applicable obligations.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is based on your consent. You can decline it or change your choice at any time using the Analytics settings control shown on the website. Declining analytics does not affect access to the public site.
Lawful basis and retention
Proportionate business processing.
Depending on the context, processing is based on consent for optional analytics, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating, securing and developing the PolicyOps business. We do not sell public-site enquiry information.
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, contractual relationship, assurance and legal record. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings. Infrastructure logs are retained according to the configured hosting and security arrangements. Deployment-specific retention is agreed separately for customers.
