The operational gap

Policy libraries are available, but operationally invisible.

Approved documents can remain difficult to locate, connect and evidence during real operational decisions.

Common reality

Policy exists. Confidence does not.

  • Unclear source of truth
  • Overlapping documents
  • Guidance lost in inboxes
  • Weak evidence after decisions
  • Reviews quietly fall overdue

Governed outcome

Authority stays visible.

  • Approved policy focus
  • Source-backed answers
  • Related-policy context
  • Evidence and audit route
  • Visible human ownership

How it works

From question to accountable record.

Four clear stages preserve the context behind an answer—not just the answer itself.

  1. 01

    Ask

Teams ask operational policy questions in plain English.

  2. 02

    Answer

Practical guidance is grounded in approved policy material.

  3. 03

    Inspect

Users review citations, provenance, related policies and evidence.

  4. 04

    Preserve

Save the decision route with audit context and human ownership.

PolicyOps Intelligence

Turn policy evidence into a prioritised governance agenda.

Available with Assurance and Enterprise, PolicyOps Intelligence brings recorded findings, policy relationships and review pressure into focus. Where configured, AI explains recorded findings in clear language; PolicyOps validates displayed briefing claims against finding and evidence references before display.

Proactive governance findings

Surface overdue governance activity and broken or superseded references through repeatable detectors, with evidence and detector provenance attached.

02

Premium policy investigation

Use Smart Search to synthesise bounded evidence across relevant policies, with detailed analysis, citations and an inspectable evidence trace.

03

Governance and executive briefing drafts

Translate the current finding estate into operational priorities and leadership-ready summaries for accountable review, without hiding the underlying evidence.

04

Human decisions remain explicit

Acknowledge, assign, dismiss or resolve findings through governed workflows. AI may explain recorded issues; it does not create or approve the authoritative finding record.

PolicyOps Intelligence turns recorded governance signals into an accountable action queue. The overview brings estate health, active findings and affected policies together so reviewers can see where attention is needed first. Each finding retains its detector, policy versions and evidence references. Where AI is configured, it explains those recorded facts in plain language without replacing the finding or inventing a new one. Reviewers can inspect the evidence, assign ownership and preserve the remediation decision in the audit route.

A user asks what to do when supplier due diligence fails. PolicyOps searches the controlled policy library and returns practical guidance with its assurance status visible. The primary evidence identifies the policy version and source section used. The Evidence Trace shows why that material was selected and keeps related policy context separate from final citation authority. The answer can then be submitted for human review, preserving the question, evidence route and accountable follow-up.

Our governing principle

AI should assist. It should not become the invisible decision-maker.

PolicyOps supports retrieval, comparison, summarisation, classification and risk highlighting. Source material, evidence boundaries and accountable human ownership remain visible.

Where PolicyOps fits

For organisations where policy must stand up to operational scrutiny.

PolicyOps can support policy-heavy environments where teams need timely guidance, inspectable evidence and accountable human decisions.

Designed to support accountable teams. PolicyOps surfaces an organisation's approved policy and evidence route; it does not provide clinical, legal or tactical decision authority.

Fast Search does not use AI credits. Smart Search and AI-assisted Intelligence use credits based on actual model input and output. Prices exclude VAT. Standard is £29 per user monthly or £288 per user annually. Assurance starts at £1,995 monthly for up to 50 named users and scales through published bands to 500. Annual terms cost ten months. Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

Is PolicyOps a generic AI search tool?

No. It is a governance-first policy assurance platform focused on controlled policy sources, evidence context and accountable human ownership.

Can PolicyOps run without AI?

Yes. The core platform, Fast Search, lifecycle controls, evidence and audit workflows remain available without an AI provider. Intelligence capabilities are entitlement-controlled.

What does PolicyOps Intelligence provide?

Assurance includes Smart Search synthesis, governance and reference findings, grounded finding explanations, and governance and executive briefing drafts for accountable review. AI-assisted claims are checked against recorded findings and evidence references before display.

Can users inspect the sources behind an answer?

Yes. Users can inspect cited sections, provenance and structured extraction with page-reference support where enabled.

What does the audit trail preserve?

It can retain the question, answer path, source basis, evidence context and human review ownership for assurance and follow-up.

Does PolicyOps provide legal advice or guarantee compliance?

No. PolicyOps supports policy retrieval, governance and assurance review. It does not provide legal advice, determine legal or regulatory compliance, or replace policy owners, legal advisers, reviewers or formal approval.

What is the difference between Fast Search and Smart Search?

Fast Search is deterministic and does not use AI credits. Where enabled and provider-ready, Smart Search provides more detailed synthesis across bounded policy evidence and uses credits based on actual model usage.

How do PolicyOps AI credits work?

AI credits are pooled across your organisation and used only for model-assisted capabilities. PolicyOps records actual model input and output usage, then returns any unused reserved credits after each operation.

How is PolicyOps priced?

Standard is priced per named user for 10–500 users. Assurance uses clear organisation-wide bands from 50 to 500 named users, with pooled AI credits increasing at each band. Both offer monthly and annual terms. Larger Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
